I am Dr. Mansour Aljishi, an orthopaedic and spine surgeon currently practicing in Germany. My work is centered on complex spine surgery, deformity and scoliosis — with careful diagnosis, thoughtful planning and treatment tailored to the individual patient.

Clinical philosophy
The scan matters. The patient matters more.
Good spine care begins by identifying the real source of the problem and understanding how it affects the individual patient. Imaging is essential, but an abnormal MRI alone should not determine treatment.
My approach is to combine clinical findings, imaging, spinal alignment and the patient's goals before deciding whether treatment should be non-operative, minimally invasive or reconstructive surgery.
Understand
Define the problem precisely and distinguish relevant pathology from incidental imaging findings.
Decide
Consider the full range of options and choose the treatment that best fits the patient rather than a standard template.
Restore
When surgery is needed, aim to restore function, stability and appropriate alignment while limiting unnecessary intervention.

About Dr. Aljishi

After completing medical school in Saudi Arabia, I continued my professional training in Germany, where I have practiced for more than eight years across orthopaedics, trauma surgery and advanced spine surgery.
Today I work as an Oberarzt with senior clinical and operative responsibility. For the past three years, my practice has been focused almost exclusively on spine surgery, with particular interest in spinal deformity, adolescent scoliosis, complex lumbar and cervical conditions, anterior approaches and minimally invasive techniques.
What matters most to me is not simply performing an operation, but making the right diagnosis, choosing the appropriate extent of treatment and planning surgery around the patient's anatomy, alignment and long-term function.

Saudi Arabia is an important part of my long-term professional vision. As I prepare for the next chapter of my career, I aim to bring the experience and standards developed through my years in Germany back to Saudi Arabia and contribute to advanced, evidence-based and patient-centered spine care.
The goal is broader than introducing surgical techniques: it is to strengthen diagnosis, decision-making, planning, patient education and long-term care around complex spinal conditions.
